Big fruity nose that transitions into raisin, brown sugar, and baking spices with a lightly dry, smoky cigar finish. It is amazingly balanced and ooohhh soooo smooth. This one doesnt just ring the bell it slaps it down and takes it home. Would go amazingly with all kinds of pasta but pasta bolognese would be our throw down with this bad boy!
